The Staff Association Management Committee were required to produce an Income and Expenditure Account for each year ending October 31st. In addition to this requirement of its Rules and Regulations, the Committee produced an Annual Report. It is not clear whether such an Annual Report was produced for all years from the inception of the Association in 1947/48, but a number of Reports have survived for the period 1949/50 to 1968/69.
