The report produced in October 1923 listed the entire staff to show the amount of Fidelity Guarantee Bond purchased by the Bank for each individual employee - consequently, the report includes not only the 75 permanent members of staff, but 5 officers at Bournville Works branch (employed by Cadbury Brothers); 17 Part Time staff; and 8 Cleaners.
 
By April 1924, the establishment had increased by 2. The report omits the Bank's Principal Officers and analyses the remaining 75 permanent staff in two ways:
