The Retirement Club enables pensioners of Lloyds TSB (and its predecessor organisations) to keep in touch with former colleagues through an annual programme of social events. Lloyds TSB provides the Club with a subsidy for attendance at one of the events listed below in this year’s programme.

The Club also has an informal get-together, with buffet lunch, at 11am on the third Wednesday of each month, at the Royal British Legion, Quarry Lane, Northfield, Birmingham.

The voluntary annual subscription for membership of the Birmingham Retirement Club is £10.

This is the start date for a four night, five day stay at Warners, Sinah Warren, Hayling Island

Tuesday, June 8th:

Day trip to the National Trust property at Stourhead, Warminster

Thursday, July 8th:

Brian Draper provides a guided tour of the ‘Salt and Silk Run’ in Cheshire, followed by an evening meal at the Little Fawn Restaurant

Thursday, September 9th:

Trip to Minehead, and a steam train ride to Bishops Lydeard

Wednesday, October 13th:

Annual Lunch at The Terrace Restaurant, Brownhills

Thursday, November 25th:

Christmas Lunch and entertainment at the Punch Bowl, near Bridgnorth
